I am a member of the Family Law team, and my work includes advising clients on relationship property law issues, parenting, custody matters, and court proceedings. I also advise clients on estate litigation and personal property rights.

The breakdown of family relationships can be very complex and stressful. When meeting new clients, I strive to understand where they are at, what brought them to that point, and what is important to them; so that, I can:

• provide clear advice about how the law will apply to them
• discuss options for dealing with their matter; and
• give practical and pragmatic advice to help clients get the best outcome - both short and long term.

I am experienced in all aspects of family law. And, I have a particular interest in relationship property and trust matters. Admitted to practice in 1999, I spent almost 10 years as a general practitioner, which gave me invaluable experience in problem solving, and for structuring relationship property and trust settlements. Since starting at Glaister Ennor in 2008, I have specialised in family law and now head the family law team.

I favour a pragmatic approach to resolving matters, as I have a keen interest in mediation and working closely with a range of professionals such as expert accountants, psychologists, and barristers to ensure ALL of my clients’ needs are met.
