I am a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team at Glaister Ennor. I specialise in providing advice and support in most commercial legal areas. My principal areas of expertise are in banking and finance, commercial property, insolvency, and mergers and acquisitions. I have acted on a number of large corporate transactions both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

I provide practical and efficient service whilst meeting my clients needs.

I have over 20 year’s commercial law experience. I was a partner in a large commercial law firm in Auckland before broadening my expertise in London with the international law firm Dentons. I remain on the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors in England and Wales.

Other corporate experience includes private equity, Initial Public Offerings, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures. I represent a number of financial organisations advising on asset finance, structured finance and debt recovery. I regularly advise on debt restructuring, mortgagee sales, receiverships, turnaround management, and workouts.

I also act for a number of property developers and investors with respect to subdivisions, building contracts, and leasing.
