I graduated from Canterbury University in 1987. Since that time, I have lived and worked in Auckland establishing a wide and varied client base. I have become a trusted adviser to families and to small to medium sized businesses in diverse industries. I provide property, commercial, and business advice. I also have estate planning and administration expertise, and I provide the full range of residential and commercial property advice.

Having recently been in sole practice for over 10 years, I am excited to be returning to Glaister Ennor, where I first worked 25 years ago. I am excited to be able to offer my clients a full range of legal services to meet their ongoing and expanding needs.

My particular areas of expertise are in:

• property - all aspects of residential and commercial property including sale and purchase, subdivision, leasing, and refinancing.
• commercial - the sale and purchase of businesses and shares, the restructuring of companies, the preparation of shareholder agreements and constitutions, the securing of shareholder advances, and the preparation of a wide range of documents including licences, management agreements, terms of trade.
• trusts, wills and estates – the preparation of the full range of estate planning and wealth protection documentation, trust restructuring, resettlements, and estate administration.
