I am a commercial property lawyer working in the private client team at Glaister Ennor.

I aim to anticipate my client’s needs, and tailor advice and solutions to meet my client’s goals on a wide range of matters, including residential and commercial property transactions and private client matters.

My main expertise is working on residential and commercial projects. My work has included drafting contracts for a large planned urban residential and commercial land development, assisting with funding arrangements, and managing contracts through to disposal and post settlement.

My practice is predominantly in the following areas:

• residential and commercial conveyancing
• minor subdivision work
• leasing
• trusts, wills, and estate planning
• incorporated societies and company share units
• sale and purchase of small to medium size businesses
• financing and banking
• franchises
• distribution and supply agreements; and
• Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act, and consumer credit contracts.

I have advised clients on land acquisition and development work from simple two-lot subdivisions to unit titles subdivisions, to freeholding of cross lease estates. I also advise landlords, tenants, and clients with commercial property holdings and assist with the management of lease portfolios. All my work is with the aim to obtain the best outcomes for my clients.

I provide advice to share unit holding companies, which includes dealing with transfers and reviews of shared ownership, updating constitutions, rules, deeds of covenant, and occupational licences.

I assist clients in relation to estate planning needs.

I set up family trusts, draft property sharing agreements, deeds to record family arrangements and deeds of debts, wills and enduring powers of attorney.

I have acted for clients in the sale and purchase of small to medium businesses in the retail, food, health, chemical, electronics, motel, and childcare sectors. In addition, I have drafted and provided advice on supply and distribution agreements, contractor agreements, and licences.

Finally, I provide advice on company matters such as incorporations, constitutions, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, and limited partnerships.

My aim with any of this work is to offer consistent, responsive, sound legal advice while providing practical and cost effective outcomes for my clients.
