Registered Legal Executive

I am a registered legal executive specialising in trusts, wills, enduring powers of attorney and estates.  I have over 25 years in the legal industry and have worked in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.  For the past 15 years I have specialised in the formation, review and variation of trusts, resettlements, distributions and estate planning involving the preparation of appropriate wills and memoranda of wishes.

I am passionate about this very personal area of law and recognise the importance of understanding the circumstances of each client and devising a plan to best manage their own personal circumstances, both now and in the future. 

I consider myself to be approachable and believe a key part of my job is to make sure clients understand the structure we are tailoring for them and to deliver what’s required according to their own unique circumstances in a timely manner.
