I have been with Glaister Ennor for over 8  years. I started as a legal secretary  and during that time qualified as a Legal Executive. I work in our subdivision and property team specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing.

 Transaction Experience

• Worked on significant  unit title commercial developments dealing with a wide variety of property related issues including  requirements  for disclosure under the new Unit Titles Act
• Dealing with a variety of residential conveyancing transactions involving advising on titles and the preparation of agreements and associated documents
• Liaising with company and trust clients and lenders in the preparation of company, trust resolutions and security documentation required for property transactions
