“My primary area of practice is commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Before joining Glaister Ennor I practised in Whangarei, gaining experience in a wide range of commercial and civil proceedings.

I am regularly involved in matters at the District and High Court level, as well as the Weathertight Homes Tribunal and professional liability tribunals in the legal and real estate professions.

I have a background in alternative dispute resolution, having also represented my university and New Zealand at an international level in negotiation competitions. Alternative dispute resolution methods including mediation, negotiation and private arbitration can save time and money and in many cases obtain a more satisfactory result.

Where alternative dispute resolution is inappropriate or unsuccessful I am ready and willing to strongly advocate for clients in Court proceedings.
