ACCOUNTS CLERK

We have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Clerk to join us. Reporting to the Trust Account Manager the role involves a variety of accounting and administration duties including:-

  1. Administration of the nominee mortgage company including processing advances, renewals and repayment of mortgages and mortgage interest run;
  2. Syndicate distributions and billing. Assistance with advances and repayment of syndicates;
  3. Investor and accountant queries in relation to the investment entities;
  4. Yearly/monthly RWT tax return;
  5. Monthly statements to investors;
  6. Trust Account data entry.

The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience in a law firm accounts role along with excellent technical and analytical skills. A sound knowledge of all aspects of legal trust accounting would be an advantage. This role will suit a highly motivated individual who takes a proactive approach, has good communication skills and a strong client focus.

FAMILY SOLICITOR

Maternity cover or Full Time Permanent Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor (from five years PQE to a senior level) to join our Family team. This role can either be maternity cover until November 2018 or a full time position. Flexibility can be considered.

Working closely with one of our Consultants you will undertake a wide range of primarily relationship property work for a variety of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person who is looking for client contact, a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to work with senior practitioners.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a family role with the emphasis on relationship property work along with excellent technical and analytical skills. A sound knowledge of all aspects of family law is required. This role will suit a highly motivated individual who takes a proactive approach, has good communication skills and a strong client focus.

We will pay relocation expenses for a successful out-of-town candidate.

LEGAL SECRETARY - PROPERTY

We have an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary with at least five years’ property experience to join us. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a busy property team, be well organised, able to prioritise tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment. A thorough understanding of conveyancing is essential.
